| Governance has evolved significantly over the last decades for large Energy projects in terms of organization, regulations, open competition, stakeholders’ involvement, international bodies and structures. Understanding these realities is of essence to both adapt the project organization or interact efficiently with complex large project organizations. Learning objectives: • understand how large energy projects emerge, and get institutionalized • deep-dive into various ecosystems • experiment various type of interactions |
